I have been fortunate to dine at Michelin restaurants around the world. What I loved about Fiskebar was that it was a dining experience unlike any other I have experienced. The food was creative, flavorful, and most importantly authentic. This dishes and presentations were truly unique and the staff, especially my server Ludovic, did such a great job articulately the dishes and creating a warm and unpretentious experience in a very cool restaurant environment.
