Fiskebar brings a unique Nordic twist to Geneva with his local, seasonality-influenced cuisine and tailored menu. Paying homage to traditional Scandinavian fish markets, the restaurant brings casual table and communal dining to an elegant setting. Prime views across Lake Geneva frame the restaurant's entirely natural concept. Rough-hewn timber and bespoke ceramic wall art offset the open kitchen and raw food counter, creating a distinct and flexible space, hosted by a delightful, intuitive team.

Created for gourmands and lake lovers, Båd by Fiskebar is the ultimate dining experience on a floating table with an open kitchen, first of its kind on Lake Geneva. This summer, guests can indulge in a refined, private and unique decor. On board, Chef Lénaïc Jourdren and his team showcase Fiskebar's signature dishes. Dedicated to local flavors, the hand-picked menu changes daily based on local, fresh and seasonal products.
